  • Develop and implement an incident management process to provide a better claims experience for our policyholders and support our claims team in responding to security incidents
  • Act as an incident response consultant on a subset of complex (technical) claims to help the claims manager better understand what vendors to use, how vendors scope the work on a claim, and whether there are other ways to tackle the investigation
  • Develop and implement training for other team members and claims team members regarding best practices for managing incidents
  • Identify the best ways to collect and harness incident response related data from vendors
  • Act as a thought leader for Corvus, helping create content and participating on webinars and speaking panels
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in an Incident Response firm
  • Prior experience working with cyber insurance carriers preferred
  • Experience leading external client engagements including:
  • Scoping incident response or business recovery engagements
  • Overseeing and guiding teams of technical analysts
  • Interacting with executive level stakeholders
  • Developing security recommendations
  • Experience and detailed understanding of:
  • Enterprise security controls in Active Directory/Windows environments
  • Building scripts, tools, or methodologies to enhance investigation or recovery processes
  • Backup solutions and components
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
