While our portfolio companies are at different stages of development, the types of products or services they’re building can broken roughly into four categories, with some overlap:

Leadership opportunities span across principal engineering or architecture roles, small-team managers, directors, and CTOs.  Many opportunities have a focus on people leadership, so even if you don’t have crypto-native engineering experience, we’re still interested in speaking with you.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2+ years of experience directly managing teams, with prior experience as an individual software engineer

• Experience building and scaling world-class engineering teams

• Track record of strong architectural and strategic decision making

• Demonstrated professional or hobbyist interest in crypto preferred, but not required
