Point.com provides financial services that allow homeowners to access cash by leveraging their home equity without the need for monthly payments, income verification, or a perfect credit score. Their model is based on partnership, meaning they do not take ownership of the home but instead share in its value. Homeowners maintain full control of their property and can access funds for various needs, such as eliminating debt or funding large expenses. When homeowners sell their home, buy back their equity, or refinance, Point.com receives a share of the proceeds. This approach differentiates Point.com from traditional lenders, as they focus on providing flexible solutions tailored to individual financial situations. The company's goal is to help clients achieve financial freedom while offering exceptional customer service, as evidenced by positive reviews on Trustpilot.
