Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program at an accredited college/university
  • Pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, and Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related field
  • Rising Juniors and Seniors are preferred
Responsibilities
  • Developing high quality reports and analytics to support ongoing projects and to provide the business with the ability to make data driven decisions
  • Utilizing data processing tools to analyze large-scale datasets for accuracy and reasonableness
  • Supporting projects by analyzing data including, but not limited to; provider contracting, modeling, clinical, claims, payment integrity, actuarial, customer service, benefit designs, and impact analysis
  • Researching and implementing solutions to increase team productivity and efficiency

  • Excellent Problem-solving, Analytical, and Organizational skills
  • Ability to solve well defined analytical problems independently
  • Ability to deliver assignment/projects timely and accurately
  • Ability to collaborate with team members effectively
  • Possess a strong intellectual curiosity and motivated to grow knowledge and develop new skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
