Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in advertising, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with creative teams and partnering with designers and copywriters to generate high-volume work in a regulated environment.
  • At least 3 years of proven leadership, accountability, and people-management experience steering teams in a creative or marketing environment.
  • Strong organizational abilities and mastery of workflow, with the capacity to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and details simultaneously.
  • The ability to foster collaboration and alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and process-mapping skills.
  • The ability to take ownership of projects and drive accountability for results.
  • Expert-level or super-user proficiency with project-management systems and platforms such as Workfront.
  • The ability to provide non-cellular high-speed internet service such as fiber, DSL, or cable modem for a home office.
  • A minimum internet speed of 30 Mbps download by 5 Mbps upload.
  • Internet latency below 80 ms.
  • A dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member protected health information and HIPAA information.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the team, providing guidance, support, and professional development for traffic, quality, and other creative-operations functions.
  • Oversee intake, scoping, scheduling, and delivery of all marketing projects for the Creative Services team.
  • Collaborate with Growth Strategy Managers, Member Communication Managers, and Creative Services team members to clarify project objectives, requirements, and timelines.
  • Provide expert-level technical mastery of Creative Services workflow and maintain accountability for process mapping and reporting across multiple workstreams.
  • Assign project personnel and allocate resources while balancing workload and skill alignment across the team.
  • Ensure proofing review cycles are executed accurately and efficiently, facilitating stakeholder approvals.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards showing project and campaign status, team workload, and operational performance, including Workfront dashboards across multiple workstreams.
  • Identify process-improvement opportunities and implement best practices to optimize workflow and project outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional Traffic meetings with work requesters to keep Creative Services projects on track and facilitate communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage rush requests and negotiate tradeoffs to protect the team from burnout.
  • Support consistent, high-quality execution of marketing deliverables and maintain accountability for timely and accurate delivery.
  • Source and onboard freelancers with creative leadership and procurement when needed, and manage their resourcing schedules, deliverables, and deadlines within internal workflows.
