We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives and collaborate closely with the CEO. You’ll need to bring strong organizational skills, expertise in both organic and paid marketing, and a proactive approach to campaign management. This role offers flexibility for remote work and a high level of responsibility in shaping marketing strategies.

We are a leading recruitment agency specializing in connecting companies—from startups to Fortune 500 firms—with top-tier talent in data science, analytics, and AI. As part of our ongoing growth, we’ve recently launched the beta version of a cutting-edge platform designed to connect U.S. companies with highly skilled professionals from Latin America, including comprehensive staffing services.
In this role, you will lead marketing campaigns aimed at reaching U.S. companies interested in hiring both Latin American and U.S. talent, driving awareness and engagement for this exciting new initiative.
Team Structure:
Most of our team is based in Latin America, but our headquarters are located in San Francisco, California. This position is fully remote and open to candidates from United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, with no travel requirements.
Proficiency at a C2 level or native English fluency is required.
Goals and Challenges:
At present, we do not have a dedicated marketing team, and we are seeking a candidate who can help us establish and develop our marketing efforts from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our marketing strategy and address key challenges as we grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage ad campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing, with a strong emphasis on driving B2B growth.
- Work closely with the team to develop high-impact content tailored for B2B audiences.
- Oversee both organic and paid marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and generate high-quality leads.
- Own and manage entire marketing processes from strategy to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns focused on driving measurable revenue growth.
- Optimize marketing efforts across various channels, ensuring high impact and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in similar roles
- Relevant experience in digital marketing with a focus on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing.
- Strong understanding of both organic and paid marketing strategies.
- Experience working for a US-based company or US-based clients.
- Experience within the staffing / recruitment industry.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience leading projects.
