About the role: The DoorDash Global Security Agent will be based out of the Tempe, AZ corporate building and serve as one of the subject matter experts in matters pertaining to threat analysis, risk analysis, travel overwatch program, mass notification systems management, incident/case management, safety and security related investigations, incident command, first responder collaboration. Prefer candidates with experience leading a team, staffing posts and great customer service.

Minimum Requirements:
BA and/or relevant technical certifications
At least 3+ years security and incident management experience
Exceptional oral communication skills and ability to speak with clarity, empathy, and calmness in emergency situationsInternational work and travel experience
Responsibilities:
MONITOR:
Ensure physical security of premises through badging, video and robot surveillance and alarm monitoring
Conduct real-time monitoring of designated locations
ALERT:
Operate emergency mass notification system
Notify management, external partners, and travelers of known, likely and suspected threats and hazards
Deliver pre-travel security and safety briefings and training
RESPOND:
Act as incident commander to resolve emergency incidents through communication with and response through external company resources
Deliver accurate information in a timely manner to external or internal personnel and entities as required by policy during incidents
Establish contact with personnel in need of emergency assistance
Exercise sound judgment to prioritize events, service requests and inquiries according to their importance
Salary: $70,000
