Responsibilities
  • Resolve end user issues and requests in a timely manner; diffuse stressful customer situations and oversee escalation and resolution of issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user desktop issues (hardware / software / access / security / business applications)
  • Support a wide range of technologies including PCs, laptops, servers, printers, network equipment, telephone system, cellular, copiers, wireless, and A/V equipment
  • Publish support documentation to assist staff with requests for information and provide staff training if required
  • Discuss, diagnose, and correct hardware/software/networking problems with end users
  • Perform needs analysis in conjunction with laboratory or office personnel with respect to hardware and software
  • Ability to present and deliver IT training material
  • Comfortable supporting Executive Leadership and Board Members
Desired Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in MIS or Computer Science
  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of IT experience required in lieu of degree

SA headquartered pharmaceutical company Mayne Pharma has announced that Aaron Gray has been appointed CEO following the resignation of Shawn Patrick O'Brien. Gray is the previous chief financial officer for Mayne Pharma, having held the position since July 2022. He has more than 20 years' experience in both finance and leadership roles, having held a role as senior vice president of customer finance for Siemens Medical Solutions in the United States. Gray was chief financial officer for Siemens Steam Turbine Americas segment where he was responsible for the financial project management and investment strategy for multi-million-dollar steam turbine businesses across North and South America. O'Brien has stepped down following more than three years in the role and will remain in an advisory role to the board until May 1. Mayne Pharma shareholder meeting approved.

The Supreme Court of New South Wales has approved Mayne Pharma Group's (ASX:MYX) shareholder meeting to consider Cosette Pharmaceuticals' acquisition proposal. Under a scheme signed on Feb. 20, Cosette aims to acquire all Mayne Pharma shares. The court also approved the distribution of the scheme booklet, which includes transaction details and an independent expert's report favoring the scheme. Mayne Pharma's share price was $6.44 at the time of reporting.
