Responsibilities
  • Oversees the preparation, coordination, and review of supporting schedules for partnership and corporate tax returns - including detailed review of fixed asset ledgers and depreciation lives/methods.
  • Oversees the preparation of tax computations and schedules
  • Responsible for the preparation of quarterly tax estimates
  • Responsible for responding to notices and correspondence from Federal and State taxing authorities
  • Administers the tax planning process and research on complex tax issues
  • Oversees sales, use and excise tax filing, planning, and education
  • Performs the analysis of tax consequences of acquisitions and divestitures
  • Leads special projects and process improvements that require collaboration with external parties and internal partners
