Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience dealing with large global projects.
  • A proven track record of success as a project manager in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to navigate organizational complexity with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with or experience in performing analysis and presenting findings using Google Sheets, Excel, SQL queries or other structured query languages, Google tools, or Fusion Tables.
  • An undergraduate degree in Human Computer Interaction or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with the details of UX research and Native Experience studies, with the ability to execute key components.
  • Ability to create a performance management framework for multiple global suppliers and ensure adherence to set service-level agreements.
  • Ability to create or improve a quality assurance framework for UX projects and Native Experience studies.
Responsibilities
  • Program manage financials, metrics, and workflow allocation for global UX research projects across multiple geographies and suppliers.
  • Work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Create a performance management framework for multiple global suppliers and ensure adherence to set service-level agreements.
  • Create or improve a quality assurance framework for UX projects and Native Experience studies.
  • Ensure projects launch and are completed on time.
  • Manage the request funnel for multiple concurrently running projects.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Google PAs and vendors to initiate UX research projects.
  • Maintain a calendar or other capacity-tracking tool.
  • Report key performance indicators for projects to enable supplier performance evaluation and management through service-level agreements.
  • Monitor high standards and work with supplier and stakeholder contacts on new methods and procedures.
  • Create, implement, and develop a team site to house collateral, matrices, results, key findings, and process documentation in a central repository.
  • Ensure and develop best-practice principles in conjunction with the wider UX team.
  • Report and compare supplier performance.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
  • Understanding of schemas and object models, identifying underlying problems, and making recommendations to software engineers.
  • Project management certifications such as Project Management Professional or SCPM, or equivalent experience.
  • A master's degree.
