  • Min. 3 years of workforce planning, or Business Operations experience or similar in an organization of 500+ people
  • Experience operating in a highly cross-functional environment, particularly with Finance, HR, and Legal teams
  • Experience in managing stakeholders from manager to VP
  • Strong problem solving, financial, strategic planning skills combined with good communication abilities
  • Collaborative mindset with leadership capabilities, and the ability to influence
  • Solid PowerPoint presentation skills and an ability to present to senior stakeholders
  • Strong project managements skills including resource management and status reporting of initiatives
  • Intermediate to Advanced use of Excel (lookups, pivots etc) required
  • Familiarity with systems such as Workday and ThinkCell are an advantage
  • Excellent people skills, including strong communication skills and the ability to navigate a global and matrixed organization
  • Strong passion and commitment for attracting and developing talent (and helping others do so)
  • Outstanding organization and tracking

  • Strong affinity towards maintaining a high bar for the customer experiences
  • Manage the full-time headcount budget for the organisation. Create new and track existing positions, known & forecast leavers, backfills and newly approved positions all ensuring we remain within & as close as possible to budget
  • Work with leaders and hiring managers across the Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Revenue Enablement and Professional Services organization to track headcount requests, positions, requisitions, and offers
  • Develop tools to report on budget status, headcount status, and other key operational metrics
  • Partner with the Finance, HR teams and hiring managers to streamline existing processes and increase efficiency in the hiring process
  • Build a long-term view of the organization's existing and future talent needs, business cases and location strategy based on hiring patterns and needs of the business
  • Enable hiring managers: Simplify processes and bring clarity to hiring managers through self-service documentation and links. Provide training and documentation for existing and new people managers
  • Improving and maintaining data quality on the people in our organization to be able to perform in-depth analyses
  • Manage contract worker expense budget and approvals
