Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Client Technical Operations team to create client-facing deliverables
  • Produce collateral about the implementation process, template requirements documents, and other client-facing templates
  • Help stand up repeatable playbooks for clients
  • Document tribal knowledge from our existing team
  • Take direction from the existing Client Technical Operations team
  • Showcase your work at the end of the summer internship
