  • 7+ years experience driving programmatic outcomes, ideally related to new customer acquisition, in a growth environment
  • Demonstrated ability to deconstruct ambiguous new customer growth goals, identify appropriate owners, and drive alignment through KPIs to cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to interpret and navigate data to narrate insights and make business recommendations/solve business problems
  • Experience evaluating and prioritizing new customer acquisition opportunities based on their business impact while effectively taking coaching on focus areas
  • Demonstrated experience effectively partnering with diverse internal teams and external partners to drive positive outcomes
  • Proven experience driving outcomes through influence and exceeding goals in a wildly cross functional environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to define and execute against clear timelines
  • Previous experience having effective tradeoff conversations with partners to drive decisions and results in a timely fashion
  • Experience working with marketing teams across performance and non-performance channels
  • Business English required
  • Experience working with software-related product and analytics teams is preferred
  • Online marketplace experience and tech experience is preferred
  • Define the new customer scaling strategy in partnership with the Leader of International Revenue Growth
  • Work cross functionally to ensure key new customer growth success factors are known, understood, and owned by the right person in the marketing, product, and marketplace organizations
  • Propose new customer acquisition targets in partnership with the Central Marketing leadership team
  • Create and update the new customer model as part of monthly International revenue forecasts
  • Work with the Leader of International Growth to define and own the right annual new customer growth strategic investments and appropriate quarterly new customer related key results
  • Prioritizes new customer bets and effectively surfaces and narrates tradeoffs to drive the right business decisions
  • Ensures delivery of International new customer outcomes by driving a set of cross-organizational business rhythms
  • Partner closely with Global Marketing, Global Product, Marketplace/Data Science to acquire new customers
