The Director of Graduate Program Recruitment will develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies that leverage marketing best practices to attract high-caliber students. This role combines data-driven decision-making, brand positioning, and relationship-building to ensure our graduate programs stand out in a competitive marketplace.
- Develops and implements short and long-range goals, objectives, and strategies to increase student and community awareness of health profession opportunities and the pathways leading to a successful health care career; increase student and community awareness of specific opportunities at the UT Health Science Center; build and strengthen partnerships with the community and other educational institutions.
- Serves as a clearing-house of information for potential students seeking information about the UT Health Science Center professional programs, and serves as a unifying entity between individuals conducting science outreach efforts in the five UT Health Science Center schools.
- Oversees internal and external communications to prospective students and applicants through multiple media methods.
- Serves as the official liaison between Enrollment Services and other university departments in the development and production of outreach materials and communication.
- Management duties include interviewing, selecting, and training employees; setting and adjusting rates of pay and hours of work; planning and directing work; appraising productivity and efficiency; handling complaints/grievances; and disciplining when necessary.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Use CRM systems and analytics tools to track campaign performance, optimize conversion funnels, and forecast enrollment trends. - Partnerships & Outreach:
Build relationships with corporate partners, professional associations, and alumni networks to expand recruitment pipelines.
