- At least 8 years of experience as a Lead Tech or technical architect.
- Solid experience as a Lead Tech for a team of developers.
- Knowledge of cloud architecture principles and the ability to evolve complex architectures.
- At least 5 years of experience with applications deployed in the cloud.
- Proficiency in the AWS ecosystem, including Terraform and CloudFront.
- Working knowledge of Angular 19, Java 21, PostgreSQL, Docker, and Datadog.
- Facilitate technical workshops with development teams and external partners.
- Design technical solutions that meet business needs while respecting security constraints.
- Design the architecture and technical strategy appropriate for the products.
- Define and maintain a structured technical backlog.
- Lead development teams on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure the quality and performance of delivered developments.
- Conduct architecture or development proofs of concept and experiments.
- Contribute to cross-functional workshops beyond the project scope.
- Experience in a digital transformation and network monitoring context.
