- Pega experience - Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) with 5-6 years of experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions using Pega frameworks ( i.e. CMP, ..)
- Demonstrated knowledge of and applicability of Object-Oriented techniques and principles
- Exposure to a variety of technologies, including, but not limited to, WebSphere or Weblogic, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), .Net, Oracle
- Provide leadership and technical direction for solution design and application development on large complex projects
- Set technical direction for groups of applications and related technologies and ensure technically robust solutions across business, architecture, and technology constraints
- Oversee enterprise-wide application support and development team as a member of the project team
- Manage code migration from development through to production
- Lead or participate in the resolution of complex problems through in-depth analysis of data and situational factors
- Direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations as required
