Requirements
- At least 6-8 years of experience providing software quality assurance and testing services.
- Experience with agile software practices and managing work across more than one project.
- Experience with various software development life cycle processes and how quality assurance activities and quality-centered best practices fit within product development lifecycles.
- Experience with Agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Experience working with offshore teams.
- Experience using PRPC developer portals and Rules Explorer.
- Training on PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC), including Fundamentals and Bootcamp.
- Experience using PRPC Clipboard for testing.
- Experience using PRPC Performance Analyzer (PAL) to take performance readings for subsequent performance analysis.
- Experience reviewing and verifying PRPC rules such as validation rules and service levels.
- Good knowledge of SQL.
- Knowledge of HP Quality Center version 10.x or higher.
Responsibilities
- Manage functional, regression, integration/interface, conversion, reports, and end-to-end testing.
- Perform quality assurance activities, including planning QA activities and providing input into requirements, specifications, and design.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in biopharma, biotechnology, or clinical research organizations.
- Experience with the Project View tool.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations such as 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP.
- Exposure to JIRA.
- Good communication skills.
