Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in brand/product marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successful brand strategy development and execution in a relevant industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative thinker with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and implementation of the overall brand strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends and consistency in brand voice.
  • Drive all corporate marketing activities to strengthen the brand vision, spearhead strategic initiatives, and enhance market recognition.
  • Develop and implement branding strategies that clearly define market positioning and product differentiation, including competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends, leveraging insights to refine brand and product strategies.
  • Partner with User Experience and Design teams to create an integrated creative strategy for both consumer and partner audiences across all marketing platforms and channels.
  • Champion the development of innovative and impactful creative concepts that resonate with target audiences and elevate the brand’s presence.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, promoting a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Work closely with product development, sales, and customer success teams to ensure consistent messaging and cohesive marketing strategies throughout the organization.
  • Establish KPIs to track the effectiveness of brand marketing efforts, regularly reporting on outcomes and refining strategies as needed.
