Requirements
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in identifying, designing, recommending, and implementing efficient, innovative business solutions to clients' complex healthcare benefits challenges.
  • Renowned expertise and industry reputation in the health & benefits field.
  • Client-facing experience in a consulting environment.
  • Life & Health License.(must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
Responsibilities
  • Consult on a client engagement of variable complexity, supporting service delivery, strategy, financial evaluations, plan design, renewals, business placements, benchmarking, and other studies, under the direction of a lead strategist.
  • Understand the full scope of services provided to clients and delegate, set roles/responsibilities within the client team.
  • Effectively communicate Mercer's position on the latest industry trends to clients.
  • Prepare and manage client reports and presentation deliverables, managing the timelines of tasks in accordance with project expectations.
  • Present portions of deliverables to clients and prospects, demonstrating understanding of material.
