  • An Associate’s degree in a related field.
  • Three years of related work experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to apply technology effectively to tasks and projects.
  • Ability to contribute to a team environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Ability to operate independently while assisting the instructional process in accordance with the College’s educational objectives.
  • Strong customer service skills focused on creative problem solving.
  • Time management, organization, prioritization, multitasking, and independent-work skills.
  • Ability to obtain a driver’s license and insurance coverage in accordance with College policy.
Responsibilities
  • Communicate admissions requirements to students in the Associate Degree Nursing program enrollment funnel.
  • Monitor student progress and manage communications with students.
  • Create documentation clarifying the admissions process and requirements.
  • Work directly with ATI Launch to manage student accounts.
  • Serve as a point of contact for questions related to ATI Launch and other admissions and program requirements.
  • Communicate regularly with students to ensure completion of ATI Launch.
  • Refer students to support services.
  • Manage and serve as the central contact point for the waitlist process.
  • Manage and serve as the central contact point for all Associate Degree Nursing program entry points, including new, re-entry, transfer, dismissed, and LPN-to-ADN students.
  • Manage communications related to the Associate Degree Nursing program waitlist at all campuses to ensure compliance with TCS 10.
  • Create and present informational sessions.
  • Maintain and update student records, ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with students.
  • Promote the College’s values through work that supports student and community success.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
