Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related financial services role is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel-based modeling and valuation techniques is required.
  • The ability to interpret financial data and market trends to support strategic recommendations is required.
  • The ability to gather and synthesize information into clear, client-ready materials is required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and financial databases such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, and FactSet is required.
  • FINRA Security Industry Essentials certification is preferred.
  • FINRA Series 7 license is preferred.
  • FINRA Series 79 license is preferred.
  • FINRA Series 63 license is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models to support valuation and transaction analysis.
  • Conduct company and industry research to support business development and deal execution.
  • Assist in preparing pitch books, confidential information memoranda, management presentations, and other client deliverables.
  • Analyze financial statements and assess company performance and valuation metrics.
  • Support due diligence processes and assist in coordinating transaction execution.
  • Collaborate with Associates, Vice Presidents, and Managing Directors across industry and product teams.
  • Participate in in-person team meetings, client presentations, and strategy sessions with senior bankers.
  • Uphold firm policies and compliance standards, including confidentiality and ethical conduct.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, which may change or be newly assigned without notice.
  • Comply with KeyBank policies and procedures, act professionally and ethically, avoid conflicts of interest, and act in the best interests of clients and KeyBank.
  • Travel occasionally, including overnight stays.

Radiant Logistics secures $200M revolving credit facility with improved terms and 2031 maturity

Radiant Logistics has completed an amended and restated $200 million secured revolving credit facility, refinancing its existing facility that was due to mature in August 2027. The new facility extends the maturity to 2031 and features improved terms, including lower interest rates and an expanded accordion feature increased from $75 million to $100 million. The facility will be used to fund acquisitions, capital expenditures, and potentially share buybacks. Borrowings accrue interest at SOFR plus 137.5 to 212.5 basis points, reduced from previous pricing. Bank of America serves as administrative agent, with Bank of Montreal and PNC Bank acting as co-syndication agents. KeyCorp operates KeyBank across 15 states, providing retail and commercial banking, wealth management, and investment services. The company's revenue growth has accelerated recently, with annualised growth of 12.6% over the past two years compared to 2.1% over five years. Net interest income from lending operations accounted for 60.4% of total revenue over the last five years.

KeyCorp reported second quarter 2026 net income of $472 million, or $0.44 per diluted common share, up 26% year-over-year. Revenue reached $1.96 billion, increasing 7% from the prior year. Net interest income rose 9% year-over-year and 2% sequentially, with net interest margin expanding to 2.89%. Period-end loans grew $1.2 billion sequentially, driven by a $2.1 billion increase in commercial and industrial loans. The company repurchased $341 million of common shares during the quarter. Net charge-offs stood at 42 basis points, whilst the Common Equity Tier 1 ratio reached 11.2%.
