Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales management experience, including at least 3 years focused on group sales, leisure travel, or the hospitality sector.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation and client relationship management abilities.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management software, booking systems, and revenue management tools.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the group and leisure travel market, including pricing strategies and market dynamics.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinking with a customer-focused approach to business development.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to acquire and retain group and leisure travel clients and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and collective performance goals through coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, travel agencies, corporate clients, and leisure travel operators to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify business growth and market expansion opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with group clients while ensuring profitability and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics, conversion rates, and revenue performance to inform strategic decisions and identify improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery of group and leisure packages and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and business reviews to senior management regularly.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and customer experience.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
