- Serve as the lead consultant on clients' Dynamics Business Central projects.
- Design, test, train, implement, and support customizations in Dynamics Business Central for new and existing customers.
- Reconcile and fix Dynamics Business Central data as required.
- Identify software or service opportunities, including training, modules, business process consulting, and development.
- Document and communicate issues, risks, and changes within internal customer relationship management and project management software.
- Coordinate application updates, hotfixes, and upgrades for existing customers.
- Provide backup support for the Application Support Desk and handle escalated support issues.
- Assist with creating and maintaining internal and external product training curricula and documentation.
- Participate in periodic online training classes for hosted clients.
- Assist Centre developers in testing and rolling out new customizations and products.
- Maintain a billing utilization rate of 75% or greater.
- Travel locally frequently.
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience designing, configuring, and supporting Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A self-motivated and directed approach with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
- Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
