Requirements
- Enrollment in a university degree program for Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field
- Interest in the biotechnology or healthcare industry
- Ability to learn and adopt new tools, technologies and processes
- Effective time management and communication skills in a collaborative environment
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills
- Enrollment in a university degree program
- Anticipated graduation date between December 2023 and August 2025
- Able to participate in the program for 12 weeks beginning in May or June 2023
- Located within the United States for the duration of the program
- Authorization to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Explore opportunities to optimize manufacturing processes and learn how to apply General Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Support with the design and definition of manufacturing process flow specifications and manufacturing recipe specifications
- Demonstrate a growth mindset, actively develop relevant skills and promote continuous improvement within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain Team
- Understand the areas of supply chain, including production planning and scheduling, warehousing, materials creation, and procurement
- Assist and support team members through knowledge sharing
