Requirements
  • High school graduation and 6 months of supply chain experience are required; equivalent education and/or experience may substitute except where legally restricted.
Responsibilities
  • Put away supplies into clean rooms, carts, and other supply locations using proper rotation.
  • Scan inventory labels to generate replenishment orders for stock and non-stock items.
  • Pick supplies using a Zebra handheld device for tech orders.
  • Check supply locations for product expiration dates and remove expired products according to policy.
  • Perform basic disinfection, storage, and distribution of minor equipment.
  • Deliver supplies and packages to nursing units, clinics, and other locations using appropriate signature technologies.
  • Perform issues and credits in Workday and ensure item costs are allocated appropriately.
  • Use handhelds, package scanners, and software programs.
  • Manage rental equipment by rounding in nursing areas, verifying charges, ordering needed equipment, and discontinuing unneeded equipment.
  • Answer phone calls and emails and respond to customer service requests.
