Responsibilities
- Assemble small parts with precision and efficiency.
- Package retail products according to company standards.
- Handle small parts assembly to support production needs.
- Learn to operate the laser for retail items.
- Follow proper setup procedures and ensure engraving accuracy.
- Maintain engraving equipment and assist with minor troubleshooting.
- Inspect assembled items for defects or inconsistencies.
- Ensure all packaged products meet quality and branding standards.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures for handling materials.
- Work with production and quality teams to meet efficiency goals.
- Assist in process improvements to enhance workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
