Senior Subaru Master Technician

Description

Competitive Pay: $40 per flag hour with a guaranteed 120 hours per pay period minimum. 

Base pay range beginning at $115,000 per year.

Sign-On Bonus: $4,000

A/C and heat-controlled shop boasting 42 bays, state-of-the art locker rooms and an inclusive work place. 

Diagnostic and special tools provided. Brand New Hunter alignment racks, tire machines and all new Rotary Lifts! 

Your Purpose as a Senior Subaru Master Technician:

• Complete system diagnostics and full automotive troubleshooting and testing.  
• Road-test vehicle to ensure quality repair work was completed.  
• Communicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of the service work as well as the estimated time for completion so that customers can be informed.  
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.  
• Maintain an organized and neat shop area. 
• Other duties as assigned by Management. 

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
• Must be a Senior Subaru Master Technician
