SK Hynix Completes Intel NAND Acquisition

SK Hynix is set to complete its acquisition of Intel's NAND business, Solidigm, by paying the remaining $2.2 billion in March. The deal, initiated in 2020 for $9 billion, will conclude with the transfer of NAND IP and other assets. A key remaining factor is China's approval, contingent on SK Hynix's compliance with market conditions over five years.
