Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role, preferably within the data technology space
  • Firm understanding of cloud data warehousing, data lakes, ETL concepts and workflows, BI solutions, SQL, and working with APIs; Networking experience a plus
  • Experienced in use case discovery, scoping, and delivering complex solutions to multiple audiences
  • Worked with Enterprise customers before and managed multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Experience identifying and improving internal and customer-facing processes
  • Previously worked in a startup environment
Responsibilities
  • Be a strategic technical counterpart to the Success team at Monte Carlo
  • Define project scope based on the customer's needs and requirements, guide clear outcomes, and communicate technical and value propositions
  • Deliver implementations of Monte Carlo, including on complicated data lake environments
  • Define 'best practice' approaches for achieving a desired technical capability through Monte Carlo
  • Deliver training and enablement on advanced technical concepts to technical customers
  • Create collateral, documentation, and other technical materials as needed
  • Advocate on behalf of customers cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales
