  • 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role
  • Firm understanding of cloud data warehousing, data lakes, ETL concepts, BI solutions, SQL, and working with APIs
  • Experience in use case discovery, scoping, and delivering complex solutions to multiple audiences
  • Experience in working with enterprise customers and managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Experience identifying and improving internal and customer-facing processes
  • Experience in a startup environment
  • Ability to travel to customer sites up to 25% of the time
Responsibilities
  • Be a strategic technical counterpart to the Success team at Monte Carlo
  • Define project scope based on customer's needs and requirements
  • Deliver implementations of Monte Carlo, including on complicated data lake environments
  • Deliver training and enablement on advanced technical concepts to technical customers
  • Create collateral, documentation, and other technical materials as needed
  • Advocate on behalf of customers cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales
