Requirements
  • 8 years experience in digital media (search and other ppc channels) campaign management with recent direct to consumer or relevant agency experience.
  • Proven campaign management with comfort and prior experience managing 7-figure paid media budgets.
  • You are technical, analytical, and empathetic to the customer’s wants and needs.
  • Proven track record of delivering impact through through paid digital channels to grow consumer sales.
  • Strong handle of evolving trends in search including PMAX deployment and AI driven marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with prior experience leveraging web analytics platforms (Google Adwords, Bing Search, Google Analytics, DMP platform management, etc.) to inform tactical decisions and strategy.
  • Bonus: knowledge of affiliate channels and SEO experience.
  • Bonus: previous experience in health tech.
  • Strong communicator both up and down.
  • Comfort in collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Responsibilities
  • Own end to end management of multiple ppc channels: paid search, display, and test channels.
  • Maintain ongoing measurement of channel level KPIs and report on performance daily, weekly and quarterly.
  • Deploy best in class Google Ads practices across PMAX, Shopping, and Search ads.
  • Begin to scale local search ad campaigns for our growing in-person testing option.
  • Create and drive campaigns leveraging rules based automation to scale and evolve the existing robust program.
  • Consistently facilitate detailed audience segmentations and/or keyword research to inform bid strategies and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders through deep understanding of our customers.
  • Define experiments to iterate and enhance the status quo.
  • Partner internally with analyst to drive data insights and action on key learnings.
  • Manage reporting exercises that leverage first and third party data insights to enhance persona building and media consumption behaviors for first and repeat purchases.

Everlywell provides at-home health testing kits that enable consumers to collect samples like blood, urine, and saliva without leaving their homes. The tests cover a variety of health topics, including food sensitivity, fertility, hormone levels, and COVID-19. Customers can order these kits directly from the Everlywell website, and after collecting their samples, they send them to a lab for analysis. The results are then reviewed by physicians and provided to the customers. Unlike many competitors, Everlywell also offers enterprise solutions, supplying rapid COVID-19 tests to workplaces, schools, and clinics.
