Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience leading BussOps, RevOps, and GTM operations teams for fast-growth software/SaaS companies
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and other revenue-related technologies to optimize the utilization of the GTM tech stack
  • Strategic thinking and commercial mindset driven by data-driven insights
  • Ability to identify and address complex problems with a first principles approach
  • Proficiency in driving projects to completion and organizing work for self and teams
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally at multiple organizational levels
Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders across the organization to build and optimize end-to-end commercial operations
  • Develop and maintain detailed revenue analytics and reporting
  • Implement sales forecasting and pipeline management processes
  • Track and analyze marketing and sales pipeline funnel
  • Identify and implement key requirements to optimize the utilization of Salesforce CRM
  • Build a deal desk to enhance overall deal management
  • Oversee preparation and administration of sales compensation plans
  • Align Revenue Operations strategy with company objectives
