Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
  • At least 8 years of experience in construction and design-related roles is required.
  • At least 4 years of experience managing construction projects across multiple phases is required.
  • Strong understanding of contract documents, drawings, and specifications is required.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Experience working on public sector projects is required.
Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of construction across multiple contracts, from planning through closeout.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
  • Review and interpret contract documents, including plans and specifications.
  • Monitor scope, schedule, and budget while identifying risks and solutions.
  • Support decision-making through clear communication and problem solving.
  • Contribute to new construction and major renovation projects.
  • Ensure quality and high standards of performance and compliance across design and construction activities.
  • Make timely decisions to support project progress and keep construction efforts moving forward.
  • Identify and address design and construction issues early to minimize risk and prevent costly impacts.
  • Manage multiple projects and contracts across all phases of construction.
  • Oversee new construction, rehabilitation, and modernization projects while maintaining schedules, budgets, and delivery standards.
