About the Role
You’ll play a key role in analyzing data generated by our users as well as providing insights for our external facing teams to share with our enterprise customers and health plans. You will be a highly-visible, trusted partner to our Client Success and Partnerships teams, creating reports that tell a cohesive narrative about our users for them to share with our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our fast-growing Data team and shape how Hinge Health puts its data to use.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
- Lead the charge on creating member and client aggregate reports on a regular basis for us to share with our external partners
- Work with various data stakeholders to standardize how our company runs business and defines key metrics
- Create a scalable client reporting framework for the company as we continue to expand our client base
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in business analytics with a focus on client success and sales enablement
- Ability to engage closely with cross-functional partners with a knack for translating complex numbers into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills and patience when working with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- SQL experience required; proficiency in creating Tableau dashboards and data sources
- Ability to work autonomously and ability to prioritize effectively to deliver the most high-impact work
