Responsibilities
  • Work in close partnership with team leads and stakeholders at various levels across all functions for initiatives including 360s and the Employee Sentiment Survey
  • Fully own the execution and day-to-day program management of internally and externally developed learning and engagement initiatives
  • Own all meeting logistics for initiatives such as 360s and the Employee Sentiment Survey (Scheduling, team meetings, agenda support/creation, reporting, communication, note taking)
  • Lead agile project management workflows and buildout of project schedules
  • Proactively manage tracking of all project activities to ensure deliverables are completed on time, risks are flagged, and key milestones are achieved
  • Manage tracking of project budget and all associated spending
  • Partner and/or own planning, development, and distribution of Talent-wide communications
  • Development and continuous process improvement of communication frameworks
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure up-to-date information is collected
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams to strategically scale initiatives
  • Support measurement initiatives across Talent Management
  • Own contracting process with vendors, including supporting development of MSA and SOWs, in partnership with team lead
  • Support global budget and spend tracking

Desired Qualifications
  • You've been a Talent or Operations program manager or project manager
  • You've had experience planning, leading, supporting, and scaling large cross-functional initiatives or broader Talent efforts, ideally within the Learning & Organizational Development space
  • Experience leading agile and design thinking workflows and operating methods
  • Adept at use of survey and assessment tools to identify business needs and measure effectiveness of solutions
  • Proven exceptional group process and facilitation skills
  • Experience with Asana and Google Suite
