- Experience working cross culturally and with preliterate and/or non-native English speakers
- Flexibility and desire to learn and serve others
- Ability to read and write proficiently in English
- Ability to work well as part of a team and with diverse groups of people
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to Gap services, directing questions to the appropriate personnel
- Provide comprehensive information about the Gap Services Track and its objectives to internal staff and external stakeholders
- Coordinate housing assistance, direct financial assistance, immigrant legal services (ILS), outreach, and workshops as part of Gap Services
- Ensure strict compliance with funding regulations and guidelines, particularly regarding the allowable activities for PC populations
- Collaborate closely with other departments and stakeholders to identify and address client needs effectively
- Maintain meticulous documentation and records of Gap Services activities and client interactions
- Participate actively in training sessions and meetings to stay abreast of program policies, procedures, and best practices
- Organize and facilitate topical workshops efficiently
- Empower participants to achieve their goals through skill-building and access to resources
- Make timely internal and external referrals as appropriate
- Enroll clients into PC GAPS and ensure all information is accurately updated in a secure database, conducting quality checks as necessary
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervising manager
