What believers are saying

  • Texas expansion with two new San Antonio suburban campuses and 20-year-old centrally located campus improvements drive enrollment growth.
  • Arizona early childhood expansion adds Pre-K and full-day kindergarten programs across multiple locations, capturing younger demographics.
  • New superintendent Dr. Mechiel Rozas and principal hires signal leadership stability to reverse stagnant Texas growth and operational challenges.

What critics are saying

  • Texas Education Agency assigns C overall rating due to poor academic performance, eroding parent trust and triggering enrollment declines.
  • Small Texas enrollment of 2,186 students across 4 schools restricts per-pupil funding versus larger networks like KIPP Texas.
  • Republican-led Texas legislature prioritizes traditional districts and vouchers, risking 10-15% per-pupil funding cuts and potential campus closures.
