Role Summary:
Responsible for driving a culture of security across Corporate Functions teams including the introduction of security controls, identification/reduction of security risks and communication of key security priorities to ISS, Corporate Functions stakeholders, and the Corporate Functions BISO.
Your Day to Day:
- Promote a security-aware culture within IHG Corporate Functions (BRR, HR, Finance) by integrating security into all programs and initiatives.
- Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure security controls are included in new projects and ongoing business processes.
- Provide visibility into cyber security risks by sharing metrics and trends with business leadership, highlighting necessary actions.
- Conduct risk assessments in collaboration with the Cyber Risk Management team, presenting findings to corporate functions stakeholders and the BISO.
- Develop an annual communication plan and provide regular updates on Corporate Functions priorities and security initiatives to align with IHG Corporate goals.
What We Need From You:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in relevant disciplines and technologies along with Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) are strongly desired.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to present technical information to various management levels and stakeholders.
- Strong customer-service orientation with a commitment to leading teams towards outstanding customer satisfaction and results.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Corporate Functions, Risk Management, Crisis Management, and Business Continuity, with the ability to analyze and assess information effectively.
- Proven project management experience in executing large-scale projects, with strong problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to changing priorities.
Location – Atlanta GA (Hybrid – in office 3 days a week)
The salary range for this role is $58,834 to $140,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employee.
