Charge Nurse LVN or RN All Shifts

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to join our team. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring that patient care is delivered in a safe and efficient manner. You will be a key member of the healthcare team, working closely with physicians, other nurses, and support staff to provide the highest level of care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage the nursing staff, including assigning tasks and delegating responsibilities

- Ensure that patient care is delivered in accordance with established standards and protocols

- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans

- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including training and mentoring

- Maintain accurate and complete patient records

- Ensure that all nursing staff adhere to established policies and procedures

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and other projects as assigned

Requirements

 - Active RN or LVN license

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals

- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of nursing principles and practices

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
