Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience developing enterprise-level software integrations
  • 3-5 years of experience working with an iPaaS solution to interact with APIs or EDIs
  • 3-5 years of experience collaborating with IT, Product Management, or engineering teams to deliver custom solutions
  • Expertise in iPaaS (Boomi, Workato, Zapier, Tray.io, etc.)
  • Prior experience supporting systems-related improvement and complex technology projects
  • Experience with documenting processes and business requirements
  • Experience and comfortability with change management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Salesforce or Netsuite certifications are a plus
Responsibilities
  • Integration, automation, and dataflow architecture implementation
  • Work with iPaaS to develop scalable enterprise software integrations
  • Work and communicate effectively with Business Stakeholders, Product Managers, Customer Support, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to troubleshoot any platform or integration issues
  • Build integrations using API and EDI resources, depending on the needs of the project or partner
  • Work with our Wholesale team to help meet the technical integration requirements of our partners
  • Build and maintain integrations between our critical business systems, including Salesforce, Netsuite, 3PL providers, homegrown applications and databases, BambooHR, GSuite, etc
  • Own the iPaaS solutions at WHOOP and work to centralize and optimize their use. Foster strong team skills and culture for improving application integration techniques
  • Work to improve, optimize, and apply best practices to our integrations and data flows, including establishing data contracts with stakeholders and proactive monitoring
  • Collaborate with support teams to resolve production incidents and proactively seek opportunities to develop preventative measures to avoid recurrence
  • Actively monitor and troubleshoot integration connections, prioritize bugs, and identify enhancements
  • Lead and conduct rigorous integration testing and user acceptance testing for projects and enhancements, and lead integration testing ahead of major business system releases
Desired Qualifications
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or another functional programming language is a plus
  • Netsuite or ERP/MRP Experience is a plus
  • Direct to Consumer and Wholesale experience is a plus
