TheLearningPartnerinGlobal Learning & Developmentisresponsibleforservingasatrustedbusinessadvisortobusinessleaders andstakeholdersintheVaccinemarket,toenablebusinessgoals and outcomes by accelerating the development of critical capabilities needed to drive business success through a productive and engaged workforce. They will maintain awareness and understanding of key business priorities/processes, operational needs, and external best practices, partners with key divisional stakeholders to identify performance needs and gaps and collaborates with design experts andoperational support points on desired performance outcomes. This leader will build and maintain strong business relationships, build sponsorship, and collaborate as part of an integrated learning network.
Success in this role depends on a candidate’s ability to translate the goals of the business into learning strategiesandsolutions,thenoverseeeffectivedesignanddeliverythroughanetworkofinternalandat times external colleagues.
Responsibilities:
•Alignbusinessleadersontheimplicationsofshortandlong-termdecisions,strategies,and large-scale change efforts on employee learning and development in their respective business areas, and how those implications will affect sustainable business results.
•Manage a team of Learning Consultants to support alignment of learning strategies andsolutionswiththestrategicplansofthedivisionorfunction.Attract,assess,retainand develop team members.
•Developdepthofbusinessunderstandingtomaximizerelevanceandimpactonbusiness outcomes.
•Determine learning strategies and plans based on identified needs and gaps to achieve business strategy. Align business managers around “best fit” learning strategies while collaborating within Global Learning & Development and external partners to leverage existing and/or develop learning solutions to meet unique business requirements · Prioritize and manage portfolio ofworkandtheoverallLearnerExperienceatlevelofresponsibility.Ensurethatplansare integrated and congruent with those of other areas of Global Learning & Development.
•Createlineofsightfordivisionalclientsintoshort-,mid-,andlong-termLearning & Developmentplans,existing resources and access to them. Build sponsorship for forthcoming Learning & Development initiatives.
•Providecriticalinputtothecurriculumdesignanddevelopmentteamresponsibleforoverall planning of learner experiences and solutions. Ensure these deliverables drive business relevance and impact and provide a modern, compelling learning experience.
•Collaboratewith Human Resourcesbusinesspartnersinbusinessareatointegratelearningsolutionswith other talent-related initiatives,
•Deliver training and/or support local subject matter experts providing training, as needed.
· Partner with the businesstodefinebusinessandlearningoutcomes.Measureandreportimpactoflearning programs against set metrics. Use data insights to continuously improve solutions and outcomes.
•Ensureexecutionofacoherent,efficient,andstrategicallyalignedapproachtoLearning & Development planning and implementation.
•Deliver or facilitate training content. Coach and build capability of local Learning & Development Learning Consultants,colleaguesorglobal/localsubjectmatterexpertswhowilldeliverorfacilitate, as needed

•Planning:Projectplanningandmanagementexperience,includingtheabilitytocontribute to operational (short term), tactical (1–2 years), and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the business plan.
•Learning & DevelopmentPolicies,Standards,andProcedures:Knowledgeofandabilitytouseindustryand organization standards, procedures, and policies relevant to staff learning and development.
•AdultLearning:TheoryandPractice:Experienceinapplyingconceptsandpracticesof adult learning to meet the dynamic needs of the business
•LearningNeedsAnalysis:Experienceinassessingcompetencygapsandidentifyingwhat people need to learn for successful individual and organizational performance
Qualifications:
Required:
•Bachelor’s degree required with 10+ years of related experience, with a minimum 5 years ofleadershipexperienceandminimum1yearofexperiencefacilitating/deliveringlearning solutions
Preferred:
•Master’sdegreepreferred
•Experience in the areas of learning, talent, human resources, or comparable areas; experience in applicabletechnical/professionalareaspertinenttothedivision/functionserved(e.g., learning/sales/marketing, etc.)
