We are seeking a GTM Strategy & Planning Manager to join our GTM Strategic Initiatives Team and help us expand Wiz’s market influence. In this position, you will report directly to the Senior GTM Strategy & Planning Manager and work closely with a dedicated team that understands the diverse needs of our global customer base. You will program manage projects related to new product and pricing strategies, ensuring our offerings align with market demands and enabling our sales teams to effectively promote and sell our products. Collaboration with key GTM teams, including Sales, Revenue Operations, GTM Enablement, and Product Marketing, is essential to drive organizational success and enhance our go-to-market strategies. 8+ years of relevant experience in operations, project management, or business analysis, with a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects and delivering results in dynamic environments.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, or a related field; an MBA in a relevant discipline is a plus but not required.

Experience with SaaS companies and/or management consulting; familiarity with the cybersecurity industry is a bonus.

Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders.

Experience partnering with product marketing, operations and GTM teams.

Attention to detail and ability to extract insights from large sets of data.

Strong business acumen and intuition, essential for proactively partnering with stakeholders across the company to support strategic initiatives.

Ability to adapt and maintain high-quality standards in a complex and evolving environment, demonstrating resilience and flexibility under pressure.

Capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting, managing tight deadlines, and prioritizing multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience in product management and product analytics is a bonus.

Proficiency in Tableau and Salesforce is a plus.
