Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in IT administration in a fast growing start-up.
  • Proven experience with IT administration, system maintenance and user support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux and iOS operating systems.
  • Proficiency in device management software, software access management, G Suite administration and Google Workspace tools.
  • Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation and management.
  • Experience with Rippling or similar HRIS/IT management platforms.
  • Scripting knowledge in Bash, PowerShell, or Python is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain company hardware and software systems, including MacBooks, Linux, and Windows Desktops.
  • Administer company applications, ensuring optimal configuration and integration with other systems.
  • Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within the Assured Environment.
  • Maintain Assured security protocols and best practices to protect against data breaches and cyber threats.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in planning and implementing IT projects, including upgrades and new technology initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.
