What you’ll do:
- Perform qualifications and sampling of new tools, materials and machines to ensure that preventative maintenance processes are developed which results in acceptable levels of quality and efficiency
- Assist maintenance and tool technicians in determining causes for machines running outside normal production processes and resolving to maintain an acceptable level of quality and efficiency
- Train technicians to develop skills needed to maintain acceptable line performance to reduce scrap and machine downtime
- Assist in audits, inspections, safety meetings, GMP reviews and other duties not directly related to engineering duties
- Attend daily meetings with Maintenance Manager and staff to discuss past 24 hour issues and resolutions

What you’ll need to have:
- Associate degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years related experience specifically in processing injection or compression molding equipment
- Experience in training and working with customers
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
