What you will do:

• Onboard and train newly signed restaurant partners to TheFork Manager, ensuring a smooth start and high product adoption.
• Partner with the Inside Sales team during the pre-sales process providing product expertise and tailored solutions to prospective restaurant partners.
• After onboarding, take ownership of the account and be their main point of contact for any support & guidance to optimize TheFork Manager usage & experience.
• Guide partner restaurants through the platform’s core features: booking widget, availability setup, table and service management, and more.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping restaurants streamline their operations and digitize their booking processes.
• Proactively identify opportunities for retraining and offer refresh sessions as needed.
• Collect and share feedback from partners to help improve our onboarding flow and user experience.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, and Product team to ensure alignment and deliver consistent value across the customer journey.
• Stay up to date with product developments and ensure your stakeholders are informed.

Who you are:

• Experience in training, onboarding, account management or customer success roles — ideally in SaaS or tech environments. A background in hospitality is a plus.
• Fluent in Polish & English; additional languages like Ukrainian, German, French, or Spanish are a plus.
• Confident communicator who can simplify complex tools and engage a variety of customer profiles.
• Empathetic, collaborative, and passionate about helping people succeed with technology.
• Proactive & resourceful, with a sense of ownership & adaptability.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving pilot context.
• Familiar with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
