Responsibilities:
- Establishing relationships from scratch with potential clients, business owners and C-level executives in Quebec, and signing them on as members.
- Acquiring customers and generating revenue for our core product, Machinio.com.
- Complying with KPIs and goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Collaborating and strategizing with the North American Business Development team to improve aspects applicable to your role, as well as to the overall growth of the company.
Requirements:
- Comfort-level with establishing relationships from scratch
- Fluent in FRENCH (required)
- Ability to learn fast!
- Confidence in carrying/maintaining/exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to negotiate exceptionally well.
- Ability to serve as a consultant, with a problem-solving approach.

Compensation
- Base salary
- Uncapped commission structure (openly discussed on the 2nd step of the interview process).

Our Interview Process:
- Step 1 - Phone Interview with the Senior Director of Operations to get to know you.
- Step 2 - Google Meets video interview with one of our Team Leads, to discuss the role further and conduct an evaluation.
- Step 3 - Final interview with Director of Sales, North America.
