- Professional experience managing data-driven independent agent / partner / broker experience programs
- Professional experience managing data-driven decisions for B2B CX experience programs
- Professional experience working with loyalty & rewards programs
- Professional experience working with marketing automation platforms (email service providers, CRM platforms, etc)
- Ability to transform raw data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Experience working with legal, brand, and product teams
- Experience representing and presenting customer experience strategies in B2B space and results to leadership
- Strong marketing background. You have demonstrated experience working with several marketing campaigns to increase sales
- Highly analytical. As a data-driven individual, you enjoy digging into data to monitor and measure performance and further optimize campaigns. You get excited by moving the needle by fractions of percentages
- Highly organized. You thrive in well-organized, highly transparent and process-driven environments

Responsibilities
- Drive Clearcover new policy sales via improving agent engagement and experience for the agency channel by managing, testing and optimizing engagement programs
- Work with the Head of Channel, Expansion, Engagement and Enablement to identify new opportunities to improve agent experience and solidify annual marketing roadmaps
- Work cross functionally with the insurance product, business intelligence, growth, brand, marketing, product & technology, and legal and compliance teams to launch flawless agent-centric engagement campaigns in order to drive policy sales growth and LTV
- Design, setup, launch, and manage complex agent journeys, including all corresponding marketing creative, agent segmentation, A/B testing and reporting
- Identify opportunities to streamline and/or expand our agency tech stack as needed, offering up new opportunities and finding ways to make operations more efficient
- Design, launch, and manage industry leading loyalty & rewards program
Desired Qualifications
- Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
