  • Auditing company files and updating information accordingly

  • Assist with formatting candidates resumes to fit company standards for submission
  • Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled
  • Planning, coordination, and follow through of company events
  • Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters
  • Assist the HR department and talent acquisition team in onboarding activities for new hires
  • Assist with preparing and routing documents for the company
  • Work in co-op with human resources generalists and other HR staff if needed to complete annual HR duties
  • Assist with sending out company swag items and gifts to employees
  • Ensuring the offices are stocked with supplies on a weekly basis
