Full-Time Position (32 hours/week)
Wage: $20+/hour (commensurate with experience)
About the Role:
Norcross Dental Associates is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Dental Assistant (DA) to join our dynamic team. This opening offers a great opportunity to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced practice committed to high-quality patient care.
Position Highlights:
- Start Date: 09/29/2025 but flexible
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years REQUIRED
- Wage: $20+ per hour, based on experience and skill level
- Schedule:
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Fridays: Off
- All team members must arrive 15 minutes early for the morning huddle, schedule subject to change
Required Skills:
- Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) Certification
- Strong chairside assisting skills
- Aligner therapy support
- Intraoral scanning experience

Requirements
Education and Training
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one-year related experience and/or training or the equivalent of a combination of education and experience in the dental profession.
- Valid X-ray certificate.
- Current license if CDA, RDA, or EFDA (per state requirements).
- CPR & first aid certificate.
FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
