About the Role
The Marketing Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing team’s efforts to drive growth and achieve strategic objectives. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless onboarding of marketing partners, optimizing processes, and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency among the various marketing teams. The role will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, analytics, compliance and business intelligence to streamline operational processes.
The ideal candidate will be results-driven, organized, detail oriented and able to thrive in a dynamic, rapid-growth environment. Exceptional candidates will have experience with CRM and performance management software. Experience with Looker is a plus.
A successful Marketing Operations Coordinator will quickly build an understanding of the business, marketing processes and partners. They will be able to effectively onboard new partners, ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly and will have the opportunity to manage and optimize partners. The marketing operations coordinator will be hands-on, working cross-functionally with our various marketing teams, compliance and our Data & Business Intelligence teams to help drive key team and company initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Owning and streamlining our partner onboarding and campaign set up processes
- Work cross-functionally with Business Intelligence, Analytics, Operations, Sales and Compliance to ensure the proper implementation of new campaigns and projects
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise with partners and work with the necessary stakeholders until a solution is in place.
- Support in monthly financial reporting and reconciliation
- General support and optimization of internal documentation
- Manage and optimize select partner campaigns to meet team and company objectives.
- Exercise flexibility in working on multiple projects concurrently in this fast-paced
FinTech environment
What We Look For
- 1-3 years professional experience in marketing, operations
- CRM experience with Salesforce is strongly preferred
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to work with both external partners and internal stakeholders
- Previous experience with the BI tool Looker is a plus
- Ability to manage to aggressive and tight deadlines
- Desire to grow professionally and build your skillset with a growing team
- Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and collaboration platforms.
