Salary Range: 21.78 to 29.61 (Currency: USD) (Pay period: per-hour-wage)

Responsible for uninstalling/installing and troubleshooting all desktop devices to include VoIP phones, desktop VTCs, and associated equipment, such as MFDs, laptops, and conference rooms.
Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI with agency appropriate polygraph
- A bachelors degree
- A working knowledge of Service Now, must be willing to travel for short and long-term durations, possess an IAT Level I/II -- A+/Sec+ baseline certification as defined by DoD 8570.01-M, etc.
